Our artist residency program operates within private residences, offering a unique and intimate environment for artists to immerse themselves in their creative practice, connect with other members of the local art community, and skip sending all their money to a landlord. The program is facilitated by the property owner, an artist member of the nonprofit who also serves as a resident advisor, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a supportive community atmosphere. We provide inclusive resident and workshop space for artists, as well as the opportunity for residents to decrease their monthly program dues through volunteer work, including participation in guided build projects and/or education and outreach programs run through the organization.
All residency program activity is operated under the safer spaces policy.
